INSIDE CATS
 
Schedule the spay or neuter surgery appointment by scrolling down to the “Schedule Now” icon and follow the instructions to schedule the surgery. Cats must arrive in a cat carrier, lined with a towel or newspaper. Cat carriers must be NO TALLER THAN 14″. NO CARDBOARD BOX CAT CARRIERS.

STRAYS/FERALS/OUTSIDE CATS THAT LIVE OUTSIDE
 
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Drop off is between 8 & 9am. We take in outside cats for surgery on a first come, first served basis. EACH CAT MUST BE IN A HARD CAT CARRIER, NO TALLER THAN 14″ OR HUMANE TRAP, lined with newspaper. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT FERAL CATS IN SOFT ZIP UP CARRIERS OR CARDBOARD CARRIERS. Minimum price is $37 for spay or neuter, ear notch and rabies vaccine, up to 2 cats per person, per surgery day.

We can spay kittens at 2 lbs (which is about 8 to 10 weeks old). We can spay a female cat if she is pregnant, lactating or in heat (at no additional cost).

GRANT FUNDED SURGERIES:

– TNR Community/Feral Cat Sterilization Program

Residents and caregivers of unowned feral and community cats can apply and receive a voucher in order to get feral/community cats spayed/neutered. To receive an TNR Sterilzation voucher, please access our WebPortal to begin the application process.

If you choose our clinic, bring the your printed vouchers along with your ID. Please read and follow the instructions to bring OUTSIDE CATS to us for surgery. 2 cats per person, per surgery day. NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. We take in surgeries on a first come, first served basis.

– SNIP Program

SNIP is a voucher-based program, which provides free or low-cost sterilization services for OWNED cats.

The program is open to ALL Broward County residents. SNIP services will include spay/neuter surgery; a rabies vaccination, and a Broward County Rabies Registration License Tag. To apply to the SNIP Program, please access our WebPortal to begin the application process.

If you choose our clinic, please read and follow the instructions to bring INSIDE CATS to us for surgery. Please PRINT OFF the SNIP Voucher and bring a copy of your cats rabies certificate if not due.

DOGS UNDER 20 LBS:

Schedule the surgery by scrolling down to the �Schedule Now� icon and follow the instructions to schedule the surgery.

DOGS OVER 20 LBS:

You must contact us via mail@strayaid.org OR text 954-816-0799 with the approximate weight and age of your dog and the surgery day you prefer and we will schedule the appointment for you. We need to schedule the appointment so we can reserve the proper sized space for your dog. A $60.00 pre-paid deposit is required to schedule an appointment. If you do not show, or cancel the appointment within 48 hours, you lose the deposit.

All dogs must arrive to the clinic with properly fitting collars and must be on a leash.
