PRICES AND SERVICES:

CATS: HOUSE CATS/PETS – You can schedule the spay or neuter surgery appointment by scrolling down to “Schedule Now.” Cats must arrive in a proper, secured carrier, lined with a towel or newspaper. Carriers must be no taller than 14". Please read and follow the Pre-Op Instructions below. STRAYS/FERALS/OUTSIDE - No appointment necessary. Drop off is between 8 & 9 am. Each cat you bring in must be in a hard carrier, no taller than 14" or humane traps, either need to be lined with newspaper. Minimum price is $37 for spay or neuter, ear notch and rabies vaccine. We can spay at 2 lbs (which is about 8 to 10 weeks old). We can spay if she is pregnant, lactating or in heat with no harm to the cat and there is no additional cost if they are in heat, pregnant or lactating.

DOGS: DOGS UNDER 20 LBS – Please schedule the surgery by scrolling down to the “Schedule Now” button. DOGS OVER 20 LBS – Due to space constraints on the mobile clinic you MUST contact us directly to schedule an appointment for ALL dogs OVER 20 lbs.  Please send us an email by going to the "contact us" section of the website (or  you may also text this information to us at 954-816-0799) and let us know the approx. weight of your dog AND the surgery day you prefer and we will schedule the surgery for you. This will allow us to reserve the proper sized space for your dogs comfort.     All dogs must be on a leash.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

• Drop off is between 8 & 9 am. Due to the nature of our business in order to give each pet the proper care it deserves we will not accept any pet after 9:00am. Pick up time will be given at check-in. Dog pick up times generally range from noon to 1pm. Cat pick up times generally are between 12:00 & 1:30. Generally, we will call you with outside/feral/stray cat pick up times, as they are done after the owned pets.
• You must show proof of a current rabies vaccination paperwork for cats/dogs over 4 months old. If the pet doesn't have the rabies vaccine, we can administer the vaccine the same day.
• No food or water after 10:00pm the night before surgery. Does not apply to feral cats.
• Payment is required at drop off. We prefer cash, but accept debit and credit cards for payment.

CANCELLATION / MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

***VERY IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE READ***

Our goal is to provide affordable, high volume, quality care spaying/neutering services. In order to do so, we’ve had to implement an appointment cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to have their pet neutered/spayed. Unfortunately, this has caused us to enforce a policy of charging a deposit for those who do not show up for scheduled appointments and for those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

If you have scheduled an appointment and didn’t show up or cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment, a $30.00 deposit to hold your new appointment is required at the time of rescheduling. The $30.00 deposit will be applied towards services rendered. This deposit can be made through our website/paypal account. If for some reason you are not able to make your appointment you MUST cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This deposit will ONLY become NON-REFUNDABLE if you do not call to cancel your appointment with 24 hours of your scheduled appointment OR if you schedule an appointment and do not show up.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of our community.

Vaccinations, deworming and Micro-chipping can only be done if we are spaying/neutering the dog or cat. We DO NOT offer a "vaccine only" service.  Any additional services that you need will be discussed at check in.
