PRICES AND SERVICES:

CATS: CATS – (HOUSE CATS/PETS) – By appointment only. If you’d like to schedule an online appointment please scroll down to “Schedule Now” to make your appointment or you can contact us at the information below. Cats must arrive in a proper, secured carrier. We do not allow oversized carriers, due to space constraints. CATS – (STRAYS/FERALS) - No appointment necessary if you’re catching/trapping strays/ferals. Drop off is between 8:00am and 9:00am. Each cat you bring in must be in a hard or soft carrier or humane trap. Minimum price is $32 for spay or neuter, ear notch and rabies vaccine. We can spay at 2 lbs (which is about 8 to 10 weeks old). We can spay if she is pregnant, lactating or in heat with no harm or additional cost. *** PLEASE NOTE *** Due to limited space and the maximum number of surgeries we can perform in one day we can only accept strays/ferals on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. DOGS OVER 20 LBS –Due to space constraints on the mobile clinic you MUST contact us directly to schedule an appointment for ALL dogs OVER 20 lbs.  When contacting us please provide us with your dog’s weight and what day you’d like to come in and we'll schedule the appointment for you.  Please do not use the “Schedule Now” to make your appointment if your dog is over 20 lbs.  This will cause scheduling problems not only for us but for you and your dog as well. Why Microchip?

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

• Drop off is between 8:00am and 9:00am. We will call you with your pets pick up time, which can be anytime between 12:00pm & 3:00 pm.
• You must show proof of a current rabies vaccination paperwork for cats/dogs over 4 months old. If the pet doesn't have the rabies vaccine, we can administer the vaccine the same day.
• No food or water after 10:00pm the night before surgery.
• Cash, Debit or Credit card payment required at drop off. We no longer accept personal checks.

CANCELLATION / MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY ~ EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

***VERY IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE READ***

Our goal is to provide affordable, high volume, quality care spaying/neutering services. In order to do so, we’ve had to implement an appointment cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to have their pet neutered/spayed. Unfortunately, this has caused us to enforce a policy of charging a deposit for those who do not show up for scheduled appointments and for those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

If you have scheduled an appointment and didn’t show up or cancel within 24 hrs of your appointment, a $30.00 deposit to hold your new appointment is required at the time of rescheduling. The $30.00 deposit will be applied towards services rendered. This deposit can be made through our website/paypal account. If for some reason you are not able to make your appointment you MUST cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This deposit will ONLY become NON-REFUNDABLE if you do not call to cancel your appointment with 24 hours of your scheduled appointment OR if you schedule an appointment and do not show up.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of our community.

• At the next screen, scroll down to the bottom and choose "I Have No Preference". This will allow you to see the next available appointment days, dates and times. DO NOT choose Spay or Neuter Appointment #1, #2, #3 etc. Unfortunately, at this time these links are not set up to give you an individual appointment day/date/time. Clicking on these links will not give you accurate data therefore please use the “I Have No Preference” link to schedule your appointment.

You can bring in as many dogs and cats as you want. Each one needs to be scheduled individually. Vaccinations, deworming and Micro-chipping can only be done if we are spaying/neutering the dog or cat. Any additional services that you need can be discussed at time of check in.
